The best in town!: Alladins has the best middle eastern food around. It is very affordable and they have the best vegetarian selection in Akron. It is my favorite place to eat.
They have a great smoothie selection and in the summer the patio is great.

We had gotten take-out food from Aladdin's Independence (OH) location more than four years ago and were very pleased with the portions & delicious food. We happened to drive by the Akron location three days ago and gladly stopped for an early dinner. The food was delicious, portions were generous, prices were very reasonable and the service was terrific. Highly recommended!

We flew 600 miles to go eat at Aladdin's. We also visited some family while in town.
The food is excellent and moderately priced. They provide a wonderful selection of authentic mediterranean cuisine as well as uniquely americanized items such as the Pitzas (pizza served on a pita bread crust.) How fun and delicious! There are great vegetarian and vegan selections, although they are not distinctly marked as such on the menu. We have not had a chance to try everthing on the menu yet, but recommend the Foole M Damas appetizer, possibly the only appetizer in the world with a middle initial, the Duwalis, the wrapped grape leaves, and the Falafel Pitza...a great blend of mediterranean flavors. Their dessert selection looks like something out of Willy Wonka and tastes great too.
The decor is casual and colorful. The staff is friendly and youthful. Here you can dine with college students and grandparents.
It's our favorite place in Akron and is in our top five favorite places in the U.S.A.
