Green beans sautéed with onions, herbs, large
whole cloves of garlic, tomatoes and extra
virgin olive oil. Pita on the side.
Falaffel
Mildly spiced vegetarian patties made with chick
peas, fava beans, onion, herbs, parsley, and
scallions. Fried in peanut oil and served with
Tahini Yogurt dressing. Pita on the side.
Chicken Sambusek
Chargrilled curry chicken combined with onions,
peas, herbs and spices folded into a pita pie,
topped with diced tomatoes and scallions.
Fatayer
A spinach and feta cheese pita pie, topped
with feta cheese and scallions.
Sfiha
A combination of ground beef, tomatoes, onions,
pine nuts, and herbs folded into a pita pie topped
with cheddar cheese and scallions.
Fattoush
Mixed greens with Lebanese Salata tossed with
toasted pita chips, lemon, garlic, sumac, extra
virgin olive oil, and herbs.
Dawali
Grape leaves stuffed with rice, chick peas, tomato,
and parsley topped with Aladdin’s Dressing, feta
cheese, and parsley. Pita on the side.
Kibbie
Three lean beef shells mixed with crushed bulgar
wheat stuffed with spiced ground beef, roasted
onions, and pine nuts then deep fried in peanut oil.
Served with a side of plain non-fat yogurt
and Lebanese Salata.
Lebanese Salata
Chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, green peppers,
scallions, onion, parsley, extra virgin olive oil,
lemon, and herbs. Pita on the side.
